Meat Jun

Meat Jun is a Korean-style dish you might not actually find in Korea because it was created in Hawaii — thin slices of beef, marinated, coated in flour and egg, then pan-fried until golden. 🔥 It’s simple, nostalgic, and so good served over rice with mac salad, and that sweet-tangy dipping sauce. Where is the best meat jun on the island? Mine is Yummys or the one in Salt Lake I use to go after school (I forgot the name 😅)
